We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This position is Temp - Hire, 100% onsite - in the city of Hawthorne, CA. $16-17, will interview asap and start immediately (must be able to start as soon as Monday!) ! Perfect timing $$$$ for the Holidays!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with clients to help determine their custom ordering needs
  • Managing order processing from start to finish including determining client’s needs, ensuring the accuracy of orders, and keeping clients up-to-date
  • Phone etiquette with high call volume
  • Multi-tasker
  • Punctual
  • Working closely with the sales and production teams to track timelines
  • Other duties, as assigned

  • Job Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Account Coordination or Purchasing experience needed with in the manufacture or distribution industry
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
