Ft MyersHuman Resources Manager/ Payroll LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Bilingual HR Manager/ Payroll in the Ft Myers, FL metro area. Our client is looking to bring on a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support all HR activities. This will include, payroll, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, company policies and processes, and special projects. This role will be in a fast-paced environment, require team-work and independent projects. This will be an on-site work position within the Unites States. Process payroll for 50+ employees
Oversee and manage compliance, employee relations, training, recruiting and employee benefits.
Hands-on recruitment activities of internal and external staffing support functions
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Maintain Compliance with federal and state regulations with knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, laws or standards.
Provide consultation and support with employee performance management
Conduct initial orientation and onboarding of new employees
Posting jobs on job boards, social media and internal sites and resources
Required Qualifications and Skill Sets
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Recourses, Recruiting or related field
Strong computer skills and people person mentality
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a team and individually
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Compensation: $60K- $70K
