Job Details:
  • Monday- Friday
  • ONSITE
  • Franklin, WI
  • $22-$25/ hour
  • Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
  • Enter in Orders into CRM system
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone
  • E-mails and e-fax regarding available products
  • Price quotes, orders and customer service inquiries
  • Additional duties will include processing returns and maintaining customer files
  • Receive and enters orders; Maintain back-order files for orders, which includes updating the customer on the order status, pulling orders for shipment, and issuing work orders, when necessary
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in customer service in a manufacturing or industrial background, 2-4 years preferred
  • Must be highly detailed and accurate
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Problem solver and quick learner
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Computer & typing skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Positive, outgoing attitude and enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
