Job Opportunity: Office Coordinator (Temp to Hire)


Location: Fairfax, VA


Are you an organized and motivated individual with a passion for administrative tasks? Look no further! We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator for a temporary-to-hire position at our Fairfax, VA location. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.


Position Overview:


As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support the daily functions of the office. You will collaborate with various teams to provide essential support and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals.


  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records to ensure easy accessibility.


  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.


  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.


  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.


  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and other clerical tasks.


  • Assist with special projects and events as required.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. (2+ years preferred)


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce is a bonus!


  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset.


Compensation: $21-$24 per hour
