LHH has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant in East Cleveland! This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to get a start in Human Resources with a major organization.

Past experience related to Human Resources is required. Common duties consist of data entry with an HRIS data base, assisting with the recruiting process, answering employee questions over the phone and in person, as well as timekeeping duties. Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and filing with an HRIS system
  • Assisting with recruitment actitivies
  • Timekeeping
  • Fielding questions from employees in person and over the phone

Qualifications:
  • Experience in an Administrative and/or a Human Resources role is required
  • A past history using HRIS Systems as well as hiring is preferred
Skills:
  • Professionalism and interpersonal skills when dealing with employees of all levels within the company
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Products as well as computer usage in general
  • Keen attention to detail
Experience:
  • One year of experience is required
Employment Type:
  • Contract to hire
Compensation:
  • $19 to $23 an hour
Work Hours:
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday thru Friday
Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 PER HOUR
