Paladin is looking to hire an Account Manager who has attention to detail and can handle multiple accounts at one time. The ideal candidate is outgoing and can work in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop strong relationships with your clients
-Serve as a direct liaison between clients and internal delivery teams
-Manage client and internal delivery team expectations
-Serve as the clients’ main point of contact and manage client communications
-Attend client meetings to document all deliverables, decisions, and next steps, goals, timelines, and expectations
-Manage process for new client onboardings, retainer engagements and client offboarding
-Create project plans and roadmap milestones to ensure all projects meet deadlines
-Analyze and forecast internal delivery members capacity and anticipate resource needs

-Microsoft Suite
-Google Suite
