Customer Service Representative

Ajilon has a Customer Service Representative opening with a well known, world famous company at a location in Columbus. This Inbound Call Center position is a great opportunity for anyone with a background in Customer Service that is looking to take things to the next level.


Applicants can expect to work over the phone for the entirety of the shift, fielding questions and concerns from employees related to Human Resources issues. Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls as well as record management in accordance said calls
  • Validate employee information, and perform updates accordingly
  • Handle new hire questions
  • Swiftly respond to email cases with accuracy
  • Research to answer some employee questions is required from time to time


  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment is required
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Products
  • High School Diploma


  • Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking skills is a huge plus
  • A consistent level of professionalism at all times


  • Experience:

  • Two years of experience is required


  • Employment Type:

  • Contract to Hire


  • Compensation:

  • $17 to $18 an hour


  • Work Hours:

  • Full Time 40 hours a week
  • Must have open availability from 8am to 7pm, Monday thru Friday as well as 10am to 7pm on Saturday’s
