Responsibilities:
Working in a help desk capacity fielding questions from Customers and Clients
Usage of the AS400 system
Handling billing and payment issues
Helping Customers with questions related to software navigation
Light accounting work, in particular with billing
Qualifications:
Past experience with AS 400 is a must
Must have experience in a high Inbound Call Center
Some level of accounting or law experience is required
Skills:
Keen attention to detail
Professionalism and courtesy when dealing with all customers
The ability to be on the phone and make calls for the entirety of the shift
Experience:
Three or more years of experience required
Employment Type:
Contract to Hire
Compensation:
$20 to $25 an hour
Work Hours:
Full Time 40 Hours a week
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
