Project Administrator Position Title: Project Administrator Work Arrangement: Charlotte, NC 28273 Fully Onsite Employment Type: Direct Hire Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Why the Position is Open: The company is growing rapidly, experiencing about 25% growth. They are in the process of changing their core project management software and expanding into Raleigh next year. To support this growth, they are adding to their team.   • Manage various tasks throughout the day.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the creation and management of project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Track submittal statuses, RFI responses, and information.
  • Monitor the entire job process, including the preparation and distribution of submittals.
  • Maintain RFI logs.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to gather submittal information, primarily working with PMs.
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with relevant software/tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes.
