Paladin is partnering with a company in Charlotte, NC in hopes to find a Channel Marketing Specialist to complete their growing team! The Channel Marketing Specialist will be in charge of developing and implementing marketing programs to help target specific industries to promote services or products.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain outstanding working relationship with partners (sales teams, dealers, integrators, manufacturers, Murata group partners), catering to any new and existing customers.
  • Evaluate any new market trends, research, and compare competitor offerings, and identify business opportunities to provide recommendations.
  • Control and maintain channel marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness.
  • Support and organize development of product launches, presentations, dealer events, trade shows, media presentations, and content strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with sales managers to stay current on status of proposal support and sales qualified lead nurturing.
  • Incorporate Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation process with content, optimizing reach and nurturing marketing and sales leads.


    • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot is a must.
  • Experience working with lead generation is a must.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills using Asana or Google Studio.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.

    • This position is ON-SITE, and candidates need to live in the Charlotte, NC or surrounding locations to be considered.
