Paladin has teamed up with an award-winning software company in Charlotte, N.C. to add a collaborative graphic designer to their growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ experience working from concept to inception, preferably in an agency setting. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce videos, animations, and marketing materials to meet objectives
  • Edit motion graphics, videos, and multi-media for integrated campaigns
  • Develop branded templates and marketing collateral (i.e. flyers and banners)
  • Partner with brand content team to ensure design elements and messaging are consistent with client brand and campaign strategy
  • Work alongside Creative Director and Traffic Manager to deliver assets on time
  • Explain design strategy and process through presentations, layouts, storyboards, and illustrations

  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven graphic design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar
  • Must share an online portfolio to showcase past work
  • Solid track record of using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier, XD and After Effects
  • Proficiency on MAC systems and software applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile and able to adapt to changing client needs
