Ajilon is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a 45-60 day contract to cover a medical leave. Please apply if interested!


Responsibilties:

  • Answer and transfer calls through switchboard
  • Greet guests and sign them in
  • Order lunches, prepare coffee, stock break room
  • Ensure a tidy and neat lobby
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Distribute inbound electronic faxes
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Ship domestic and international packages
  • Save and maintain files – invoices, way bills and packing lists
  • Assist sales department with customer visits
  • Assist other departments with special projects
  • Manage and reserve conference rooms for the office

  • Requirements:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • 1+ year administrative office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
