Ajilon is currently seeking Inventory control/ Customer Service Representative for direct hire opportunity in the Carrollton, Texas area. The ideal candidate has great communications skills and will assist clients in a professional manner. Duties include:

  • Ensure all shipments are sent out on time and are on track to arrive to clients on time. (Most work will be done via email, totaling about 20 orders/day)
  • Track and move up orders as needed
  • Enter, revise, and review orders of re-distribution service
  • Prepare and run daily purchase order reports
  • Handle vendor disputes and pricing discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order information and questions

  • Experience:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Working in distribution/ manufacturing industry a plus
  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Hours

  • 7:30-4:30 CST
  • Onsite; Direct hire
  • Monday- Friday
  • 40 hours
