Compensation Range: $27.00 - $33.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)
Employment Type: Contract / Temporary (Until End of Year; Potential for Permanency)
Hours: Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 4:00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)
Worksite: In-Office / Onsite (Corporate Office)
Dress Code: Business Casual
Report To: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
Processing bi-weekly payroll, overseeing timekeeping, and managing employee records in Workday
Spearheading open enrollment for benefits and addressing ad-hoc needs for FMLA, LOA, WC, etc.
Supporting recruitment by opening requisitions, drafting job descriptions, interview scheduling, booking screenings, and conducting onboarding / orientation
Acting as a point of contact for an and all employee relations needs
Requirements:
3-4 years of Human Resources Generalist experience within an industrial manufacturing firm
Experience with HRIS & employee records management, payroll processing, leave of absences, benefits administration, and HR compliance needed
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred; experience with Workday and/or Kronos is ideal
A Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening are Administered Upon Offer of Employment
