LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Quickbooks Bookkeeper job for the office located in Benicia, CA. The position is 100% in-office! You should have at least 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper with an expertise with Quickbooks (Online). The ideal candidate will have current and long standing Quickbooks experience and will be able to manage the day to day accounting and business operations including human resources and general office duties.

Qualifications include:


  • Software experience with Quickbooks Online is required
  • Strong overall General Accounting experience (General Ledger month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll)
  • Proactive, problem-solver, a team and company player
  • Attention to detail, collaborative, and organized
  • Strong communications (written & verbal)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field would be a plus

Experience: 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper (Bookkeeper, Office Manager)
