Paladin is working with a young and privately owned healthcare organization that was ahead of the curve before digital and tele-health erupted. With roots centered around public health and video enabled health programs, this organization is need of a highly knowledgeable and successful


Sr. Marketing Automation Manager to lead a digital transformation as they upgrade their digital marketing tools.


In this role, you’ll be leading the daily strategic and tactical execution of various B2B marketing strategies and campaigns. As the in-house marketing automation guru, you’ll assure that numerous multi-channel marketing campaigns have hit the market at the same time. You’ll help lead research and experimentation while also assessing the impact and ROI of aid campaigns to maximize results.


This position will have two (2) direct reports and is a remote position working full-time hours (40/week) with a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity and full benefits package.


The primary goals for this role include:

  • Being a champion of marketing automation tools, expanding and developing new SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Expand company reliance of market search and metrics to improve capabilities.

  • Must Have Requirements for Consideration:

  • 4+ years of experience with marketing automation software, trigger and nurture campaign execution, CRM, and database management.
  • Expert ability to train others on use of various MA tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Pardot highly preferred.
  • Analytics development and reporting know-how.
  • Proven ability to deliver SOPs where none exist and refine SOPs already in place.
  • Supervisory or people management experience.
  • Vendor management experience.

  • NOTE: Priority will be given to candidates who have led or been part of the implementation of a new marketing automation system.


    Responsibilities to Include:

  • Design, implement and improve MAT to increase lead generation.
  • Design email templates for optimal click-through rates, split testing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Plan and manage transition from HubSpot to Salesforce marketing automation platform and tools, running a parallel MAT system during this transition period.
  • Maximize MAT to execute a greater number and higher quality campaigns.
  • Continuously look for marketing automation support to address new emerging business needs.
  • Support Marketing Managers to execute various aspects of approved campaigns.
  • Help drive and capture campaign analytics for email, social, media, website, calls, ads, etc.
  • Help design, capture and report on marketing ROI.
  • Ensure the look/feel of the corporate website adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee and direct the work of others to create graphics and icons for site use.
  • Develop and maintain web design parameters, style guides and visual standards.
  • Liaise with outside vendors to collect, reconcile, and integrate 3rd party analytics.
  • Find automated metrics collection approaches when possible.
  • Share campaigns data and metrics with sales, product, and account management teams.
  • Recommends adjustments to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document critical marketing SOPs; train others on SOPs, assuring collaboration support with sales, product, experience, operations, etc.
  • Help with budget tracking and invoice management.
  • Assist with the execution of contracts with outside vendors, ensuring invoices are received/paid.
  • Continuously enhance the quality and quantity of individual and account level marketing information.
  • Be the primary contact for secondary marketing/sales data providers used by the firm.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrator.
  • Support Marketing Managers in budgeting, planning, arranging logistics, and executing tactical plans for conferences, and hosted events. Work with external vendors, conference coordinators, event service groups, hotels, and restaurants to deliver agreed upon tactics.
  • Handle post-conference event follow-up, reporting and analysis.
  • Organize needed operational aspects of required market research.
  • Manage the marketing operations coordinator/analyst as direct reports. Manage the marketing designer in support of website updates and graphic design needs.
