Ajilon is partnering with our client to find the ideal candidate for a recruiting assistant opportunity in North Austin. Our client is a premier real estate firm with competitive benefits and potential for growth. This is an onsite, direct hire position. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews for potential employees
  • Source new talent, preferably with experience
  • Reach out to potential new hires
  • Ensure continuous communication is held with candidates
  • Prepare regular and custom reports
  • Write up and post jobs through various media
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Recognize inconsistencies during document review
  • Enter data in DocuSign template

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency with organization and time management
  • Handshake experience required
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think critically and be solution oriented
  • Team player
