Staff Accountant (65K-75K) – Mostly Remote

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for a dynamic international SaaS company in the software industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a talented team, and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and have at least 2 years of full cycle accounting experience within an industry setting. Knowledge of QuickBooks is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

· Conduct month-end close activities, including revenue recognition schedules, commissions, accruals, and more

· Assist in the consolidation of two companies and the preparation of financial statements

· Handle bank transaction recording and reconciliation for US and foreign accounts

· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

· Oversee the expense reporting process

· Assist in budget creation and monthly reporting

· Contribute to cash flow management and forecasting

· Prepare payroll

· Generate quarterly board reports and analysis

· Create necessary schedules for tax returns in multiple states and in the United Kingdom

· Assist in Human Resources management, including benefits administration and on-boarding

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting

· Solid understanding of US GAAP

· Intermediate Excel skills

· 2+ years of full cycle accounting experience

· CPA license preferred

· Experience with QuickBooks and Expensify highly desired
