LHH is seeking a LOGISTICS ADMIN ASSISTANT for a temporary/contract position in Austin, TX.


DUTIES:


· Field emails and phone calls from customers to schedule orders


· Post shipping tickets


· Work with Shipping, Production, and Transport to make sure product for all loads is available


· Enter and manage data in Command Alkon system


· Analyze data and prepare reports


QUALIFICATIONS:


· High school diploma


SKILLS:


· Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel


· Working knowledge of SAP ERP, a plus



EXPERIENCE:


· Minimum 2-3 years of logistics administrative support experience


· Bulk material production/supplier industry experience strongly preferred


· Construction and/or manufacturing background a plus


EMPLOYMENT TYPE: temporary/contract (approx. 2-3 months)



COMPENSATION: $28-35/hr DOE



WORK HOURS: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM (100% onsite – 78728 zip code)

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 PER HOUR
