Are you an HR professional who enjoys with creatives, and is passionate about learning and growing their business acumen? Ajilon has a partner in the Austin, TX area that is looking for an HR Manager for their team. A strong candidate for this position would enjoy a creative environment and have experience in policy writing.


Job Duties

  • Oversee the entire employee onboarding process, acting with necessary leadership to secure process completion.
  • Maintain and update employee handbook and all other HR policies.
  • Manage and own the employee benefits process.
  • Partner with leadership to coordinate the employee offboarding process.
  • Ensure all hiring paperwork is complete and maintains compliance with labor laws.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Elite attention to detail.
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high- pressure environment.
  • Proven expertise as an HR Generalist is a huge plus.
  • Strong experience working with 100+ employees preferred.
  • Self – starter mentality with an eagerness to take initiative when necessary.
  • Experience in creative professional services or industries preferred.
