Ajilon is actively seeking a candidate for a Customer Success Advisor opportunity with a rapidly growing tech company in Austin, Texas! The ideal candidate will have proficient customer service and technical skills. This is a hybrid, permanent position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, process orders, and resolve all client problems
  • High attention to detail
  • Lead screen-sharing to resolve consumer issues that are more complex
  • Collaborate with research and design team to resolve escalated concerns
  • Report common concerns to management team

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science preferred
  • 1-2 years product and/or technical support
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Love of all things tech!
