Ajilon is currently seeking a personable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant for a full time, contract role in Austin, TX. The role will provide administrative support to the staff and management team while executing general aspects of the office operation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working in a team environment, and has great communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinates travel for senior staff
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Data entry, file maintenance and general clerical support

  • Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
