Anders Lundholm

Managing Director

Anders has a passion for growing people and businesses around the world. He has over 15 years of experience operating in the space of HR and Education Management Consulting at the global stage. Anders grew up in Sweden and has since embarked on a rewarding international career journey that includes positions in New York, Ho Chi Minh City, Stockholm, Zurich and Hong Kong. Anders takes great interests in getting to know people and their culture as way to further develop himself as leader and colleague.

Andrew Kwong

Lead Consultant

Andrew has extensive experience in providing support to all management levels. He is also responsible for the delivery of career transition consulting and training programs, such as Change Management, Career Development, Role-to-Role Transition, etc. in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.

 

Coach's Overview:

 

In particular Andrew provides senior support to executives. He provides great empathy to individuals as they move through the stages of transition and is the project lead consultant for recent large restructuring projects. His coaching clients have been based in the Asia Pacific region, United States, United Kingdom, and Europe across all business disciplines, from companies in diverse industries including banking, insurance, IT&T, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, bio-technology, chemical industries, public sectors, professional firms, airlines, media, publishing, advertising, travel and entertainment.

Andrew works with senior executives whom he coaches through the career transition process to help them develop and manage their careers. He takes a consultative approach to clarify their ideal work preferences. This results in a better understanding of their career direction, working closely with them to identify what they have to do to realise their goals. Every case has a significant focus on how to manage change requiring a thorough understanding of the need to change in order to progress to the next stage of their career. Andrew also provides Transition Coaching for mid-level and senior level managers at times when they may need support to expand their leadership competence for client to achieve next stage of career success.

Andrew has over 15 years of Executive Search experience, assisting multinational clients in recruiting senior management executives in the region over a broad spectrum of industries. He has gained extensive exposure in Human Resources issues, including organizational development and succession planning, contract and service negotiation, and compensation and benefits.
 
Prior to joining LHH, Andrew was with A.T. Kearney Executive Search, as Vice President and Managing Director for Hong Kong with responsibility for Greater China. Before entering the executive search profession, he spent 10 years in the industrial and consumer products industries where he held various management positions. Andrew was educated in Hong Kong and the United States, with a BA degree in Business from California State University. He is also accredited in interview and assessment tools and attended specialized training programs, such as I-Speak-Your Language, Career Anchor, LHH ChangeMapTM, Apollo Assessment, etc.

 

Anthony Evans

Senior Consultant

Coach's Overview:

Anthony is a Consultant responsible for delivering career transition services to clients.  Anthony has a background in operations and project management gained during a 19- year career with the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Prior to working at the Jockey Club, he was an executive officer with the Hong Kong Government.

 

Anthony has worked with DBM for more than nine years. He is responsible for implementing leadership development solutions that link individual effectiveness to organisational performance.

 

He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Kingston University, London.  Anthony was born and raised in Hong Kong.  Apart from his native English, he has a good working knowledge of Cantonese.

Christina Yuen

Executive Coach

Christina has over 20 years of leadership experience in both line and staff roles with multinational companies including General Electric (GE), Hewlett Packard (HP) and Citibank.

 

Overview:

 

Christina started her first career in financial service industry with Citibank where she became member of the bank’s Credit Committee and Corporate Account Manager before joining Hewlett Packard Asia when she decentralized the company’s Treasury function from California, U.S.A. to Asia headquarter in Hong Kong. She also started captive financing business for HP in HK, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and Korea.
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, as Risk Leader of GE Asia Equipment Finance – GE Capital, Christina built and managed credit and operation teams in five Asian countries to grow asset base from US$15MM to over US$500MM via acquisition and organic growth. During her 15 years’ career with GE Capital, she has recruited, trained and led cross-country, cross-functional teams to complete multiple audits, integration and quality projects.

As part of GE Capital Asia’s senior management team, Christina has also accumulated over 10 years of internal coaching and mentoring experience with professionals of different level, cultural and professional background. Her passion for continuous personal growth and helping others to achieve their goals drives her to start a second career in Executive Coaching.

 

Helen Fung

Talent Development Solutions Director

PhD CPsychol, AFBPsS

 

Helen is a commercially minded Chartered Organizational Psychologist, held senior

positions to manage professional service teams across the region. She has over a

decade of client-centric consultancy experience in the Asia Pacific - enabling many

MNC clients in sectors such as FMCG, high tech manufacturing, engineering, and

financial services, to connect their people strategy with business strategy. It is

particularly thrilling to work with organizations addressing the many people

management issues in today's work environment - especially in this culturally

diverse geographical region. This includes identify and equip the high potentials with

the necessary mindset and skill sets to succeed in their new roles and deliver results

for the organization. Currently she also lectures at the Chinese University of

Hong Kong.

 

Jacqueline Yuen

Client Solutions Lead

Jacqueline is passionate about Learning & Evolving. Having worked in Learning & Development industry for over 10 years, I have observed the best and worst in the practice and take responsibility in sharing things how they really are. I feel it’s important to train and coach people in a high standard of professionalism with integrity and ethics. My role in Lee Hecht Harrison is to partner with clients at an institutional level to support them on their active placement and learning requirements. I am passionate about all forms of talent mobility and development and pride myself on my ability to truly understand clients’ needs and work with the team of subject matter experts to provide them with impactful solutions. My experience include working on complex, bespoke projects with the world’s leading global banks and financial institutions in Asia.

Karin Chow

Executive Coach

Karin is an experienced executive coach and facilitator, who has coached senior executives from a wide range of industries for global companies covering Asia Pacific Region, USA and Europe.  She is skillful and culturally sensitive in coaching and motivating people from diverse.

 

Overview:

 

Karin has over 30 years of HR management experience with proven track record in developing human capital strategies and solutions, change management, executive coaching, employee engagement, mergers & acquisition, organization assessment and talent management to transform individual and business performance.      

 

Karin has held a wide range of key leadership positions in her career. In her earlier career, she gained extensive HR experience working with IBM, Ericsson, Schmidt Group and Citrix Systems. She has successfully restructured and created unique value propositions in taking two companies IPO.  She is passionate in working with people by empowering them to unleash and maximize their potentials to achieve their peak performance.

 

Karin is a member of several professional organizations including the Society for the Human Resource Management, International Association of Facilitators, Institute of Executive Coaching and H.K. Mediation Alliance. She has worked as volunteer for the Children’s Cancer Foundation for over 20 years as Board Member and Fund-Raising Chairman.   She is currently the Vice Chairman of the H.K. Mediation Alliance.

 

 

Sonia Lam

Finance Director

Sonia is a Certified Public Accountant, Big 4 trained with extensive commercial experience in retail and procurement finance. She is has a client centred mindset and enjoys leading the local finance team while partnering with her finance peers across the APAC region.

Vicky Lai

Office and Resource Manager

Vicky is a customer focused with high standards in integrity and work ethics person. She has 15 years experience in sales and wealth/financial management and 12 years experience in operation and client support. Vicky has a passion to meet people and support them as per their needs.
