Our client is a leading company in the Swiss food market. Its core competencies lie in the production and marketing of mainly frozen products as well as ready-to-cook fresh products and ready-to-serve salads.
To complete its Marketing team, we are currently looking for a Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of the brand strategy incl. its sub-brands.
- Creation of the brand strategy for Switzerland in line with the continental European brand strategy.
- Revision and ongoing updating of the corporate communication (CI/CD) of the brands.
- Conception and establishment of a social media presence as well as conception of the optimal marketing mix for all brands.
- Development of media plans and production of media content (advertisements, flyers, online banners, social media content, websites, signatures, etc.).
- Planning, implementation and controlling of corporate communications as well as contact point for media enquiries.
- Coordination and representation of brand management topics.
- In addition to the brand management tasks, you will take on a central role in the innovation process.
Profile:
- Several years of professional experience as a brand manager ideally in the consumer goods industry.
- Communicative personality with a sense of humour, hands-on mentality and good flair for brand management, customer needs, brand management and project management.
- Strong conceptual skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes as well as Google Tools, knowledge of Adobe programmes (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Cross-media and cross-functional way of thinking and acting.
- Creative, committed, structured and independent personality.
- Very good knowledge of German and French as well as good English skills.
