Accounting Principals has partnered with a client in located near Wayne PA, to hire a permanent Bookkeeper. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Generate all check runs that is including supporting documentation
  • General office administrative responsibilities

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years AP experience
  • Proficient verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Job Type: Full-time 8am - 5pm
