Hourly Rate: $41 - $43 per hour

Position Overview:


As a Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring the well-being of the workforce. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our client's organization and make a meaningful impact on their employees' lives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer and oversee all aspects of our employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with external benefit providers and vendors to ensure the effective delivery of benefits to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, and ACA.
  • Manage open enrollment processes, communicate benefit changes, and provide guidance to employees during enrollment periods.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze benefit utilization and cost data to make informed recommendations for program improvements.
  • Assist in the development and communication of benefit policies and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our benefits offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
Pay Details: $41.00 to $43.00 PER HOUR

Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
