Special Counsel is looking for a Contracts Legal Analyst for our corporate client in Vancouver, Washington. This position is remote, but candidates will be required to work in the office 8 days a month. Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience in contract administration. The hours for this position are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Candidates who meet the requirements for this position and are interested in learning more should apply today.


Primary Requirements:

  • Review and manage contracts and contract terms
  • Identify any compliance issues within corporate contracts
  • Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts
  • Conduct legal research as needed for contract compliance issues and litigation matters
  • Input executed contracts into the Contract Management System
  • Tag contracts
  • Work with various other departments including legal, accounting, finance, and marketing


Required Skills:

  • At least 3+ years of contract management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certificate are preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
