Call Center Customer Service Representative


Ajilon is looking for a customer service representative for immediate hire!


Responsibilities

  • Utilize customer relationship management software to facilitate the process of responding to customer calls and addressing customer concerns
  • Resolve customer inquiries/complaints with limited escalation to team leaders
  • Document client discussions clearly and concisely
  • If required, escalate and direct clients to managers, team leads, and other departments as needed

  • Skills

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills

  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of true high-volume call center experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to manage workflow with limited supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and delivering a high quality of member service
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a huge plus

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 – 22.00 / hr. depending on experience


    Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00AM – 5:00PM


    Location: Tustin, CA 92780
