Immediate need!


We are actively recruiting for an Accounting Coordinator for a company just outside of High Point. The Accounting coordinator position is responsible for assisting the accounting department in supporting other roles and providing accounting assistance during a large scale project. An ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience and strong excel skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide additional support to the accounts receivable and payable department
  • Reconcile freight bills
  • Bank and Account Reconciliations
  • Complete inventory reconciliation
  • Complete sales tax reporting
  • Other general accounting duties as needed

  • Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Accounting or a related field, highly preferred
  • 2-3 years of general accounting experience
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Thoroughness/Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Communication Skills
