Medical Provider Enrollment Onsite in Tempe, AZ area.

Pay range between $19.50 - $26 per hour DOE


Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Minimum of 2 years of recent Provider Enrollment experience Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and manage both enrollment and terminations of newly incoming and existing Providers


  • Maintain up to date enrollment and terminations of Providers while gathering pertinent information


  • Maintain updated credentialing and re-credentialing documents, while requesting needed items and maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy


  • Submitting applications (Commercial plans), while ensuring effective and timely follow up


  • Escalate requests to supervisor or other key stakeholders


  • Update and maintain information in database


  • Assist with additional tasks as needed


Qualifications:



  • 2 or more years of experience in Medical Credentialing for Providers


  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid, Commercial plans


  • Knowledge of NCQA, CAQH standards, CPCS Certification is a plus!


  • Detail oriented and ability to effectively meet deadlines


  • Ability to multi-task effectively, work individually as well as in a team environment


  • High efficiency in problem resolution
