Sourcing Specialist/ Recruiting LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Sourcing Specialist in the Tampa, Florida area. Our client is looking to bring on a Sourcing Specialist to support the HR department. This will include standard recruiting responsibilities such as, onboarding, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. This roll will be in a fast-paced environment, require team-work and independent projects. This will be an on-site work position within the Unites States. Responsibilities •Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and other members of the talent acquisition team to understand qualification criteria and other requirements to identify talent

  • Utilize a variety of resources and tools to identify both active and passive talent to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with reviewing and qualifying inbound applications and manage responses
  • Lead a variety of recruiting resources (Referral Program, LinkedIn, Indeed, Emily Robot, Facebook, Boolean etc.) and share leads with the appropriate Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with updating job postings within the applicant tracking system or other job posting resources
  • Introduce experimental search techniques, feedback and trends to Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of recruitment events
Qualifications •At least 1 year of experience in the sourcing industry, human resources, social media marketing, or on a talent acquisition team
  • Ability to utilize a variety of recruiting resources to attract and build a pipeline of talent to meet the needs of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change at a moment’s notice
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to source candidates using a variety of resources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with members of the talent acquisition team

Compensation: $20-$25/hr

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 PER HOUR
