Ajilon is partnering with a local company to help them fill several open roles in their Customer Service department.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately completing order documentation and/or contract discussions.
  • Effectively managing email and voice mail to ensure prompt responses to internal and external customers.
  • Communicating with existing and potential customers providing technical information/support and the availability of products and services, maintaining a strong customer rapport
  • Preparing quotes and then communicating to customers.
  • Liaison with Outside Regional Sales Managers, discussing customer issues, operational issues, and requirements to help drive deals forward.
  • Contact customer to follow up on orders and ensure their needs have been met to foster future sales.

  • Skills:

  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of ERP systems, including order entry, monitoring activities, and collecting data and reporting information.
  • Capable of developing a strong knowledge of product features, benefits, intended use, value proposition, and competitive position. Applies product and industry knowledge to drive sales and serve customer needs
  • Consistently and accurately completing documentation of sales activities in our CRM system – keeps CRM up-to-date and accurate. Able to generate reporting as needed to enhance customer experience, as well as assist in managing the customer base.

  • Education:


    High School diploma or equivalent


    Qualifications:

  • Prior 2-4 years’ experience in an inside sales role preferred; may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution in some cases.
  • Ability to read, write and analyze emails and orders from customers
  • Experience working with customers to ensure the best possible outcomes for customer experience.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm


    Pay: $ open based on experience


    Location: Springdale, OH


    Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
