Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to customer or businesses to collect on past due accounts
  • Review accounts for balance information
  • Work with customers or businesses on payment arrangements
  • Post payments in system
  • Provide customer service and patience with customers or businesses


    • Experience:


  • High School Diploma
  • High call volume or call center experience
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable
