Ajilon is currently seeking an Executive Assistant at a top healthcare company in the greater Seattle area. This is a great opportunity to represent and support a company that prioritizes top care in health and medicine, as well as building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Executive calendars, organize activities and events, and independently prepare related materials and travel arrangements
  • Act as Executive liaison internally and externally; utilize strong communication skills to inform those involved of activities, directives, and deadlines
  • Compose and support internal and external correspondence and presentations
  • Screen incoming calls, clients, and correspondence to determine appropriate routing and scheduling
  • Maintain a variety of electronic and hardcopy data, including confidential and general files, corporate minute books, employee records, and manuals
  • Serve as designee for the Executive's approval of specified items
  • Complete special projects or assignments and manage special programs as needed for the department

  • Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience supporting top-level executives and/or managers
  • Background in healthcare/medical environment preferred
  • Experience in planning and coordinating meetings, travel, expenses
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask with efficient time-management skills to meet deadlines
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and works well with a team
