LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Sales Support/Order Entry specialist for one of our clients. In this role you will be responsible for processing sales orders, assisting with return requests, and acting as the main point of contact for customers.


This is a direct hire position that can pay $43,000 - $50,000 dependent on experience. Client offers 100% paid medical, dental, and vision for employee and employee’s family.


Responsibilities:


· Input sales orders in the system with accurate part number, prices, costs, and quantities.


· Process a customer return request (RMA).


· Fill out shipping documents properly.


· Acting as customer’s representative during the order process.


· Working with customer to fill out shipping documents.


Qualifications:


· Must have ERP experience.


· Manufacturing experience is a huge plus.


· At least 2 years of previous sales support/order entry experience is required.

Pay Details: $43,000.00 to $50,000.00 PER YEAR
