Property Supervisor


Ajilon is searching for a Property Supervisor in San Jose, CA to join an incredible team. We are looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience of working in a client facing role that requires a high level of organization, communication and with exceptional customer service skills. This position is direct hire, on-site, and full-time.


What you will get to do:

  • Act as a liaison between the company and their tenants.
  • Build rapport with tenant and vendors to showcase that white glove service.
  • Travel to the properties when needed.
  • You will manage 5 to 6 properties.
  • Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties.
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
  • Select tenants through interviews and background checks.
  • Collect rent, pay invoices, and analyze operating statements.
  • Prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly.
  • Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems.
  • Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files.

    • We are looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in client facing role
  • Highly organized
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Okay with traveling (50% in office / 50% out in the field)
  • Ability to quickly solve issues within the property
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Work Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible)
