Hybrid:

  • For the first few months, paperwork must be processed on-site no more than once a week
  • It will be a hybrid role that works 2-3 days per week on-site

  • Onboarding takes up 70% of the time
  • I-9 and W2 forms, benefits, and uploading paperwork to Google Drive
  • Interview scheduling
  • with 3-6 new hires weekly (increase these numbers)
  • Over three years of experience and flexible to look at different profiles

  • As part of HR's Recruiting and Onboarding function, the Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator performs various administrative tasks. Although the position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources, our Organization Recruiter will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to the construction and upkeep of job descriptions.
  • Assist with the creation of job vacancies and their placement in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Schedule in-person and phone interviews with hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Submit requests for background checks.
  • Conduct and oversee new recruit orientation, as well as other associated tasks.
  • Ensure that all new hiring paperwork is completed (e.g., I-9, offer letter, benefit enrollment forms, etc.)
  • As needed, compiles, maintains, and publishes reports from databases and systems, such as the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), background checks, and all employee personnel files (electronic and hard copy).
  • Assist with the scanning of all documents and files.

  • QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree is strongly recommended.
  • Bilingual-Mandarin, Spanish or Cantonese

  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Working with an applicant tracking system or HR systems is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the ability to do activities in Microsoft Office Suite programs and other cloud-based office applications.
  • Ability to communicate properly, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities over the phone, in person, and through the internet.
  • Administrative activities require a high level of proficiency and efficiency.
  • Skills in project management and the capacity to handle and track many projects at the same time
  • Clear written communications, procedures, and job instructions.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with individuals from various of educational, social, and economic backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to influence and interact with others. Must be able to work well with others and be open to new ideas.
  • Knowledge of how to use self-learning systems
  • Possess a professional demeanor, the ability to remain calm under pressure while paying close attention to details, and well-developed time management abilities.
  • Respects and understands diverse cultures, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and age groups, and is able to work well with them.
