- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding procedures
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist with benefits administration
- Support HR managers in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
- College degree is preferred but not required
- At least 1-3 years of previous experience in HR or related administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm PST
- 40 hours per week
- Onsite
- Contract-to-hire
- Located in Mission Valley, San Diego
- Compensation $21.00-$32.00 per hour depending on experience
