Human Resource Consultant


Immediate need for an experienced Human Resource Consultant to join a well-established company! This is a contract, full-time position. If you meet the qualifications below and want to join one of the worlds leading content providers, then apply now!


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in research and identifying potential background and drug screening process
  • Handling of vendors
  • Engaging with other members of staff involving HRIS systems and talent tracking
  • Revamping of offer letters
  • Creating explanation of benefit documents
  • Revamping all areas of insurance coverage, 401K, and Roth plans
  • Working with other HR generalists from different states
  • Create systems for onboarding, offboarding process
  • Following all state employment laws when hiring in all states
  • Highlight healthcare providers and plans

    • Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, onboarding compliance processes
  • Must have written templates for offer letters, job descriptions and benefits packages

    • Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems

    • Experience:

  • Multi-state experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working in human resource industry
  • Experience working with benefits or software vendors

    • Compensation: $35.00 $45.00/hr. depending on experience


    Employment Type: Contract/ On-site/ Full-time


    Work Hours: Onsite/Hybrid/ Flexible start time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST/ potential overtime
