Work Hours:
Workweek consists of five 10-hour shifts, totaling 50 hours per week.
Primarily evening and weekend shifts, with opening times from 11 AM and closing times between 10 PM to midnight.
Schedule includes two opening shifts, two closing shifts, and one mid-shift.
Flexibility required based on business needs, emergencies, and events.
Job Role:
Lead operations from kitchen to bar, managing a vibrant location.
Coach and guide the team to uphold high service standards.
Create an engaging atmosphere reflecting our love for craft beer and exceptional food.
Experience:
Prior experience as a server or bartender essential.
Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience preferred.
Passion for craft beer and tantalizing dishes required.
Salary:
Entry-level Restaurant Managers start at $65K annually.
Progress to $70K after successful completion of leadership training.
Experienced managers earn $80K to $100K with performance-based bonuses.
