Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite, Full-Time)


Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm


Salary: $45-50K depending on experience

LHH is working with our client seeking an Event Administrative Assistant to join their team in Sacramento, CA.


Position Overview: As an Event Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of events. You will work closely with our event coordinators, vendors, and participants to create memorable experiences. Your responsibilities will include coordinating events, managing vendor relationships, ordering catering, handling event registrations, creating rosters for name badges, and performing various administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and communication.


  • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.


  • Order catering and manage dietary requirements for events.


  • Handle event registration, confirmations, and participant communication.


  • Create and maintain rosters for name badges and other event materials.


  • Perform administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and monitoring accounts receivable and invoices.


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to event attendees.


  • Assist in maintaining event budgets and financial records.


  • Collaborate with the event team to brainstorm and implement innovative event ideas.


Qualifications:



  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.


  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.


  • Previous experience in event coordination and administrative roles is a plus.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 PER YEAR
