Payroll Coordinator


Parker + Lynch has partnered up to bring you an exciting onsite role as a Payroll Coordinator in Raleigh, NC! The preferred candidate will have a history of strong organization skills and a roll up your sleeves and get it done attitude!


(Please note: This employer has required that everyone onsite be able to provide proof of vaccination.)


Responsibilities

  • Ensure payroll is accurate and all paperwork is ready
  • Work with HR about changes in payroll
  • Manage electronic payments and payroll checks
  • Update any wage and salary adjustments
  • Work with employees who have salary/payment questions

  • Requirements

  • Experience as a payroll coordinator or similar role
  • Extremely comfortable with payroll process
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong math and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Salary

  • Up to $65K
