Account Manager (Property and Casualty insurance license required)

LHH Recruiting is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client's team as an Account Manager. In this role you will be using your insurance and customer service experience to assist current and new customers in selecting the right insurance products for them and their businesses.


Position Overview: As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our client relationships. You will work closely with a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and providing them with expert guidance and solutions. Your ability to build trust, offer strategic advice, and deliver exceptional customer service will be essential in driving client satisfaction and agency growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the main point of contact for their insurance-related inquiries and needs.
  • Analyze clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, rates, and coverage on behalf of clients.
  • Renew policies in a timely manner and proactively address any coverage gaps or changes.
  • Handle client claims by assisting in the claims process, facilitating communication between clients and carriers, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.

Qualifications:


  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and coverage types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal team members.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 PER HOUR
