Ajilon is working with a Construction Company located in Tempe, AZ that is looking for a Bilingual in Spanish Office Manager or HR Generalist to join the team! The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' of HR or Office Management experience. This is a Full-Time Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm Direct Hire position $60k-$70k.


Job duties include

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting guests
  • Schedule building maintenance and manage office equipment
  • Book travel for executives
  • Participate in event planning
  • Onboard new employees
  • Assist with recruiting as needed
  • Schedule and track safety training
  • Audit, process and file personnel information
  • Field equipment tracking/vehicle maintenance tracking and tag renewal
  • Ordering office supplies and PPE

  • Requirements


    Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish


    Must have 4+ years' of office management or HR experience


    Construction industry preferred but not required


    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time while meeting deadlines


    Proficient in MS Office, and HRIS
