Ajilon is hiring an experienced Facilities Technician for a growing company in Phoenix, AZ. This position is full-time direct-hire and will assist the Facilities Manager within the facility operations department assisting with office moves and remodels.


This role will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure operating results are optimal while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with construction projects including office remodels and space planning as well as the installation, repair and overhaul of all HVAC and generator systems.
  • Perform building inspections & determine inefficiencies
  • Act as Facilities point of contact
  • Maintain access control systems

  • Skills:

  • Must have the ability to manage projects independently.
  • MS Office
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience:

  • Experience with Contact or Data Centers a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience required
  • Experience in Project Management a plus.
