HR Admin- Philadelphia, PA LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR admin in Philadelphia, PA. This position is contract (Temp) with full time work hours. It is a 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range for this position is $20-$21/hr. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria. Responsibilities: In charge of new hire paperwork, onboarding, and creating employee files Support Payroll, assisting with time and attendance. Complete HR Forms Research and resolve issues Ensure all employee documents are up to date in the system Attend staff meetings Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required At least 6 months to a year in HR position If previous experience in non-profit is a plus Must be proficient in MS Office Suites as well as ADP Occasional local travel Education: Employment Type: Contract (Temp) with full time hours Salary: The anticipated pay range for this position is $20-$21/hr. Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 PER WEEK
