Ajilon is working with a Real Estate company in Philadelphia, PA that is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temp to permanent basis with full time hours. Daily Tasks Include:

  • Maintaining all company contracts and correspondence
  • Obtaining certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
  • Keeping track of rent in Microsoft Excel
  • Creating, editing and sending out all tenant memos and notifications of changes and late fee notices
  • Keeping track of all tenant and vendor contact information
  • Generating invoices
  • Assisting the Property Manager with event planning, deadlines, and reporting

  • Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
