Orlando- Engage with doctors' offices and field team as the primary point of contact, representing the program.
- Act as the face of the program, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication.
- Assume subject matter expertise for the designated territory, becoming a valuable resource.
- Oversee and manage a designated territory, serving as the Subject Matter Expert
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the territory's dynamics to optimize program performance.
- Manage escalations and address complex issues effectively, ensuring high-quality account management.
- Provide strategic solutions to challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and clear communication.
- Serve as an account manager, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Handle all inbound calls from healthcare professionals and ensure a comprehensive understanding of Billing & Coding processes.
- Strengthen knowledge of billing procedures to assist with accurate information dissemination.
- Denial Management and Cost Control:
- Proactively address denial cases, working to minimize denials and ultimately reduce costs for doctor's offices.
- Efficiently manage the buy & bill insurance process, if applicable.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and supporting field teams.
- Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of experience in interacting with healthcare providers regarding health insurance plan requirements.
- Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills and a strong grasp of grammar, ensuring effective interactions.
- Preferably, have experience with Salesforce system usage, enhancing program management and communication efficiency.
- Ideally, have experience with the buy & bill insurance process, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
- Onsite, M-F
- Training: 9:30-5:30 ET (1-hour paid lunch break)
- Hybrid/Remote opportunity after 90 days
