LHH NYC is looking for a temporary front desk Receptionist to provide office support for our client, a Media organization in midtown Manhattan. This individual will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, deliveries, and clients when they arrive. Aside from front desk this person will also help with adding guest info to security, set up, clean up and schedule conference rooms and ad-hoc project work. This three month project will compensate between $22-$25/hr, contingent on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Calendar management, travel arrangements, drafting correspondence
· Answer and screen phone calls
· Board meeting set up
· Office maintenance
Requirements:
· Experience as a Receptionist
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Superb written and communication skills
