Ajilon is partnering with a national veterinary company to fill a REMOTE DVM recruiter role. The position requires at least one year of professional experience recruiting DVMs OR healthcare physicians. The right candidate will have experience sourcing talent and have a strong desire to be part of fun, fast-paced, and flexible team. You will earn between $70-$75k in this position, with an additional competitive bonus for each hire. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.


Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 annual salary plus a competitive bonus for each DVM hired


Location: 100% remote


Responsibilities

  • Leading the search for top talent throughout the country for the network of veterinary hospitals
  • Collaborating with the team to establish recruiting requirements and discussing needs to current doctors
  • Building a pipeline of candidates through researching, sourcing, and engaging with top candidates
  • Conducting interviews and making recommendations on applicants
  • Building and promoting the company’s reputation as a top place to work
  • Developing relationships with hiring managers and hospitals to understands the needs within each practice
  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting talent, particularly veterinary doctors and/or healthcare physicians
  • Experience using social media, search engines, job boards, and industry associations to identify candidates
  • Experience assessing talent and providing recommendations
  • Experience cultivating strong interpersonal relationships with candidates
  • High level of self-motivation and demonstrated initiative
  • Willingness to work hours necessary to complete projects when deadlines are present
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel for on-site interviews and relationship building
